Why hasn't my order been dispatched? It has been 3 days since I've placed my order.
Please allow 2-7 working days for in-stock product orders to be dispatched. During exceptionally busy periods (sales, festive seasons, etc..) this may extend to 3-9 working days. We apologise for the delay and we will process and have the orders shipped out as soon as we can!

My item has arrived in poor condition. Can I get a refund?
First and foremost, Bangtan Pins would like to sincerely apologise for any damage that has affected the quality of your pin upon delivery. However, refunds are strictly limited to poor packaging by the shop or if the item sent was faulty and unusable. For example,
1. The studs of the pin have pierced through the rubber clutch and punctured an art print.
2. If your rotating pin fell apart.
The refund is also limited only to products bought. If freebies were affected due to packaging, Bangtan Pins will not be held responsible.
Should the damage come from the delivery & transit process, the shop will not be held responsible for the damages.

The product I ordered and received was not like I expected. Can I get a refund for it?
Apart from there being a slight difference in the colour of the product due to different lighting or display colours on our devices, our products are displayed on the website as they are in real life.
In the event that you have received a different grade of pin with clear manufacturing defects that do not fall under the category of the grade you have bought (please refer to our FAQ page for a more elaborate explanation on pin grades), Bangtan Pins will reimburse the amount you have paid for the pin alone and not the shipping or taxes paid.

I was not present to collect my parcel from the post office and they have returned it to the shop. Can it be shipped to me again?
In the event that the package is returned to the shop because the customer was not present when it was delivered or if the customer has not collected it from their local post office, we would typically send an email informing our customer(s) that their package has been returned to us and the customer can :
1. Cancel the order and receive a refund for the products bought (excluding the shipping fees)
or
2. Opt for a second delivery in which the shipping fee is borne by the customer themselves. However, the customers are only given 30 days to respond to our email regarding the aforementioned and failure to do so will result in the immediate cancellation of their order as aforementioned in point 1.

My parcel was returned to you/withheld due to delivery errors. Can I have it shipped back to me?
In the event that the delivery failed due to delivery errors such as :- wrong address on the customer's part or the change of address after the package has been dropped off at the post office, we would typically send an email informing our customer(s) that their package has been returned to us and the customer can :
1. Cancel the order and receive a refund for the products bought (excluding the shipping fees)
or
2. Opt for a second delivery in which the shipping fee is borne by the customer themselves. However, the customers are only given 30 days to respond to our email regarding the aforementioned and failure to do so will result in the immediate cancellation of their order as aforementioned in point 1.
If the destination country has withheld or halted any trades from Malaysia (the country Bangtan Pins is based in) and the package has not been returned to the shop, the shop reserves the right to try to redeem it but if that is unsuccessful, we sincerely apologise as it is out of our hands.
